9 hours of uninterrupted sleep. If I were not in a serious relationship I would say this is better than sex!
Brain and body are like an old couple. You can't really tell who will take the lead. They have mastered the job sharing concept.

How about just being yourself, saying what you think, asking for what you want and showing a little authenticity?
