I guess I should take my lesson from the birds. They never fly in a straight line… and when needed, they rest on a branch and take a break!
Somehow holding my breath, hunkering down and pressing forward comes more naturally. Some behaviors are deeply rooted.
How about just being yourself, saying what you think, asking for what you want and showing a little authenticity?
