Her successful career as Vice President Human Resources Business Partner in the HR Outsourcing and service industry, as well as manufacturing and aerospace industries holding global responsibilities has exposed her significantly to transitions both at the personal and professional levels. As such she led merger and acquisition initiatives, restructuring, downsizing and offshoring activities as well as managed growth and talents acquisition.
She understands the fast, demanding and at times isolated environment of leaders in high places.
Gisele is a graduate from Royal Roads University in British Columbia in Executive Coaching, holds a graduate degree in Labor relations from l’Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, carries the CRHA title from L’Ordre des Professionnels en ressources humaines du Québec. She is a Certified Professional Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and is MBTI Certified. She also completed the Concordia University’s Team Effectiveness program in Montreal.
Gisele is Chair of the ICF Quebec chapter . She published her first book “In Transit’ in 2012. She works internationally and offers coaching in French or English.
